I am in the position to create custom circuit boards for mass production.  These PCB circuit boards can be sent to any PCB house to create custom prototypes or mass production boards based the services provided from my other service for circuit board layout design.  You can elect to have the boards "auto-routed" to complete the design in a timely and very efficient manner (with extensive design rules i.e. bus mastering, multi-layer design, critical path returns etc.) OR have the boards laid out by hand to account for critical layout schemes for small signal integrity routing based on specific design parameters.  This service is available only for serious clients and student who wish to finalize designs and have working models that can be used under virtually any conditions.  These circuit boards are designed to military specifications and top quality materials are used throughout every design.  Mixed mode type packaging can be used from: DIP, PLCC, flat packs, SMT, ZIF, axial, radial, and custom created component outlines.

This service is very costly to the end user but will achieve a superior final result is well worth the investment.

Third party typical charges include:  Gerber file generation, photo plot template, min/max lot charge, board quantity.

These charges are NOT controlled by me in any way NOR do I mark up these costs.  They are controlled by third party FAB house manufactures.  I only get paid for my flat rate which is negotiated before the quotes are submitted.

All designs and template are distributed to the original owner.
